Job Description

Client: Rustomjee Developers

Role: Presales Executive (Only lead generation No sales)

Location: Andheri (E) Mumbai

Budget: 28K fixed take home

Qualification: HSC / Graduate

Experience: min. 6 months experience as a telecaller

Shift: 9:30AM to 6:30pm (6 days working / Weekends working / 1 off during weekdays)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Calling potential customers from provided data.
Holding a conversation & communicating efficiently.
Pitch customers about respective projects.
Regular follow up with interested customers.
Convincing customers to visit the project site.
Followup with customers on site visit

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent English communication
Having 23 years of experience in relevant profile
Real estate experience is preferable.
