Job Description

Group Human Resource Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Group Human Resource Business Partner to play a pivotal role in

driving the human capital strategy of a diversified holding company. The successful

candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with

the overall business objectives fostering a highperformance culture and supporting

organizational transformation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop and execute the Groups HR strategy in line with the overall business

objectives.

Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top

talent across the organization.

Develop and implement performance management compensation and benefits

programs.

Lead organizational development initiatives including organizational design change

management and employee engagement.

Build a strong employer brand and enhance employee experience.

Provide HR advisory services to subsidiaries and business units.

Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee

capabilities.

Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Lead the implementaion of HR Modules on an ERP Sytem (Odoo).

Manage all the regulatory requirements required by Bahraini authorities including

LMRA and the Bahraini Labor Law.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources with at least 5 years in a

leadership role.

Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Bahrain.

Experience in organizational development and change management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Experience in working on an ERP Sytem HR Modules or HRIS.
