Job Summary:
Were seeking a resultsdriven Remote Help Desk Specialist to resolve technical issues answer questions and provide exceptional customer service via phone email and chat. The ideal candidate will be a technical problemsolver possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
Utilize knowledge base and resources to resolve issues efficiently
Document customer interactions and issue resolutions
Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering Product) to resolve complex issues
Identify and report trends in customer issues
Perform other help deskrelated tasks as needed
Requirements:
2 years of experience in help desk technical support or a related field
Technical expertise in specific technologies or software
Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience with help desk software (e.g. Zendesk Freshdesk)
