We are looking the HR Manager will lead and manage all human resource functions ensuring that the organization s workforce is wellsupported throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This includes overseeing recruitment onboarding employee development performance management and legal compliance. The role involves creating and executing HR strategies that align with the company s goals and foster a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Design and implement strategies to attract and recruit top talent. Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. Utilize various recruiting methods including online platforms social media and partnerships with recruitment agencies. Conduct preemployment checks including background and reference verifications. Oversee new employee orientation and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
2. Develop comprehensive onboarding programs that integrate new hires into the company culture. Facilitate exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies. Manage the offboarding process ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
3. Develop implement and update HR policies to align with the company s goals and legal requirements. Communicate policies clearly to all employees and ensure consistent application across the organization.
4. Assess training needs across the organization and implement relevant programs. Design and deliver inhouse training sessions or collaborate with external providers for specialized training. Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments. Promote continuous learning and development opportunities for all employees.
