Tasks
As an Italian Customer Advisor youll be at the forefront of delivering topnotch customer service via phone and email. Your role will involve providing accurate and complete information resolving queries in a timely manner and exceeding customer service quality goals. Your friendly and professional demeanor will contribute to creating an amazing customer experience that leaves a lasting impression
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (B2) written and verbal
- EU Passport holder
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic about providing outstanding customer service
- Local candidate or willing to relocate to Athens Greece
