You are an essential member of our team your tasks contribute to a productive and wellorganised working environment that both our employees and our clients appreciate.
Your open nature makes customers feel comfortable and and as an organisational talent you have an overview of our stocks and are in contact with our suppliers so that there is always coffee in the office.
Among other things you will be responsible for planning and organising events preparing meeting rooms and making reservations.
You already have experience in organising retreats or events and thrive on these activities.
As a big plus you speak Swiss German but this is not a selection criterion if not.
