Job Description
We are hiring for our client EMR Group.
We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The role involves greeting guests managing checkins and checkouts and handling reservations. As the first point of contact you will ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with checkin and checkout procedures.
- Handle reservations cancellations and room assignments.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and wellstocked with necessary materials.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
