Executive Assistant - Aviation

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct indepth analysis of aviation operations and performance metrics
• Provide strategic recommendations to optimize operational efficiency
• Assist clients in regulatory compliance and safety management
• Develop business plans and financial models for aviation projects
• Conduct market research and trend analysis within the aviation industry
• Recommend and implement technology solutions for aviation clients
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive project success
• Lead client meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
• Project management and oversight of aviation consulting engagements
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to client personnel
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities
• Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes
• Contribute to thought leadership and industry publications
• Ensure highquality deliverables and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Aviation Management Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in aviation consulting or related industry
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive data analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in project management and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to navigate complex and dynamic aviation environments
• Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and business planning
• Ability to travel as needed to meet client requirements
• Knowledge of aviation technology solutions and trends
• Capability to work effectively both independently and in teams
• Certification in Aviation Management or relevant field (e.g. IATA ICAO) is a plus
• Proven track record of successful client relationship management
• Strong sense of professionalism and ethical conduct
