Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Supervision: Lead and mentor a dedicated team of nurses and healthcare staff ensuring the delivery of superior personcentered care.
- Direct Patient Care: Administer highquality care assess patient needs and oversee care plans for optimal outcomes.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective care delivery.
- Education & Support: Provide ongoing education and support to staff patients and their families on best practices and treatment plans.
- Clinical Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of care ensuring compliance with all regulations and best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RGN) Qualification: Must hold a valid UK NMC Pin.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a clinical leadership role with proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Exceptional Skills: Strong communication interpersonal and organizational abilities.
