Qatar Airways is pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our HR Team supporting Qatar Duty Free. As the HR Generalist you will provide professional Human Resources support to the Line Manager. Contributes to the development and implementation of the HR strategy in all areas of recruitment, organizational design, retention and reward and employee engagement. Supports and provides guidance, advice and coaching to line managers on all HR policies, procedures and processes.
