We Are Looking For Customer Support
Location: Infopark Kakkanad Kochi
Salary: 18000 to 22000 per month
Experience: 1 to 3 years in BPO / Customer Support voice process (Fresh candidates will be considered if they have fluency in English)
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email chat and voice in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Raise tickets based on customer complaints and ensure they are tracked and resolved.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
- Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure that their issues are resolved.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide comprehensive support to customers.
- Stay uptodate with company products services and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in BPO or Customer Support voice process.
- Fresh candidates with excellent fluency in English will be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and queries efficiently.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and ticketing systems.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
