WHAT ARE WE HIRING
We are looking for a Project Buyer to join our Operations Teams. The Project Buyer will be responsible for contracting suppliers, controlling the delivery of material, and guaranteeing that the deliverables and processes meet all pre-established requirements and agreements.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Procurement of new solutions/suppliers to support the general business needs;
- Build and maintain a list of preferred suppliers;
- Build and maintain a purchasing strategy;
- Support development teams on creating SOWs and list of requirements to support the RFQ;
- Launch RFQs and make nomination recommendation;
- Challenge technical solutions + associated costs + make or buy decision;
- Create delivery metrics for suppliers and control deliverables;
- Create and review contractual documentation with the support of the legal department;
- Drive yearly negotiation.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Engineering background, Business Master Degree OR Bachelor degree with relevant professional experience;
- 2 5 years of relevant experience;
- English (B2);
- TCO, value engineering & cost modelling knowledge;
- ERP knowledge.
