Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Office Receptionist to join our team at Tone Talk Tel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients visitors and employees. This position requires excellent communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and Welcome Visitors: Warmly greet clients visitors and employees upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and Direct Calls: Manage the main phone line by answering incoming calls directing them to the correct individual or department and taking messages as necessary.
- Maintain Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is clean organized and presentable at all times.
- Handle Inquiries: Provide accurate information to clients and visitors regarding the company’s services and operations.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry filing copying and scanning documents.
- Customer Service: Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Security: Monitor and control access to the office premises to ensure security.
- Supplies Management: Track and order office supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a receptionist or in a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service attitude.
