Job Description

Job Title: Call Center Representative

Location: Denver CO

Department: Customer Service

Reports To: Call Center Supervisor/Manager

Position Type: FullTime

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customerfocused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls providing excellent customer service resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is pivotal in maintaining customer relationships and supporting our company’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Inbound Calls:

    • Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
    • Address customer inquiries complaints and technical issues efficiently.
    • Provide accurate information about products services and policies.
  • Conduct Outbound Calls:

    • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and feedback.
    • Reach out to potential customers to promote products or services.
    • Conduct surveys and gather customer feedback for quality improvement.
  • Customer Issue Resolution:

    • Resolve customer issues by clarifying problems researching answers and guiding customers through corrective steps.
    • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
  • Data Entry and Documentation:

    • Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
    • Maintain and update customer records with detailed notes on interactions and outcomes.
  • Product Knowledge:

    • Stay informed about company products services and promotions.
    • Provide customers with relevant and uptodate information.
  • Quality Assurance:

    • Follow company protocols and guidelines to ensure highquality service delivery.
    • Participate in training sessions and ongoing skill development.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using computers and office software including MS Office Suite.
