Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in handling and tracking postal correspondence emails memos and faxes and ensuring proper record keeping.
  • Helping in the coordination of daily office operations.
  • Assisting in maintaining office areas supplies and equipment.
  • Supporting in the reception of visitors and attending to incoming calls.
  • Assisting in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Communicating with facility service providers.
  • Helping to coordinate team events and activities.
  • Assisting in budget preparation and expense management.
  • Processing invoices and tracking office expenses.
  • Supporting compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assisting in scheduling maintenance and repairs.
  • Helping to organize business travel.
  • Supporting compliance with travel policies and monitoring expenses.
  • Assisting in purchasing supplies.
  • Helping to maintain procurement activity records.
