Key Responsibilities and Duties
To provide support in the management of the company s international operations specifically in Turkey Spain and India as well as other new markets to be determined including:
- Monitoring business performance and escalating key issues to senior management
- Acting as main coordinator between local management and regional HODs/Managers
- Working to resolve issues raised by country managers including providing solutions consulting with regional HODs/Managers or escalating to senior management
- Undertaking necessary research and analysis to facilitate decisionmaking
- Followingup with all relevant parties to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives and pilot projects as well as monitoring the outcome of such initiatives/projects
- All other actions as may be required to successfully develop the company s businesses in these countries
To provide other adhoc assistance to senior management as and when required which could involve amongst others the following:
- Incorporation of companies in new countries taking into consideration local shareholding and tax regulations
- Reviewing existing corporate structure to help achieve investment objectives
- Liaising with external advisors and/or thirdparty service providers when need arises
Requirements
Job Skills and Qualifications
- At least Bachelor s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in a related field
- Minimum three to five years relevant working experience
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent organizational oral and written communication skills
