Loan Sales Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Loan Sales Specialist with a strong telemarketing background. The primary responsibility of this role is to call potential borrowers with outstanding requirements ensuring they complete their loan applications. The ideal candidate must be proficient in understanding and pronouncing American names to facilitate clear and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively call potential borrowers to inform them of outstanding requirements and assist them in completing their loan applications.
  
• Utilize strong telemarketing and sales skills to effectively engage with borrowers encouraging timely submission of required documents.
  
• Achieve sales targets by successfully closing loan applications.
  
• Maintain clear professional and accurate communication with borrowers.
  
• Update and manage borrower information in the database.
  
• Follow up with borrowers to ensure all required documents are submitted promptly.
  
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to borrower inquiries in a timely manner.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telemarketing or sales preferably in a financial services or loanrelated role.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to pronounce and understand American names accurately.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Proficient in using computer systems and databases.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
