Job Description

Receptionist

Location: Santacruz West Mumbai

Overview:

As a Receptionist at our Santacruz West Mumbai location you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our organization. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service managing front desk operations and ensuring the smooth flow of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors
  • Manage appointments and maintain the reception area
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Handle adhoc tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office
  • Adhere to security protocols and maintain a safe environment

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  • Proficient in MS Office and administrative software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
  • Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Customer service orientation and the ability to handle pressure
