Job Description

Overview

As a Customer Relationship Executive you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the relationships between the company and its clients. Your ability to understand and address the needs of customers will contribute directly to the organizations success and growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service delivery
  • Identify customer needs and proactively respond to all inquiries and requests
  • Assist customers in navigating products/services providing guidance and support as needed
  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely resolution of any issues or concerns
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and collect feedback for continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalations effectively and in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and potential leads
  • Prepare and present reports on customer relationship activities performance and feedback
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software
  • Stay uptodate with company products/services and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in customer retention and loyalty programs
  • Assist in organizing customer events and activities to strengthen relationships
  • Provide input on improving customer experience and processes

Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Customer Relationship Executive or a similar customerfacing role
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Keen attention to detail with organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Positive and customeroriented attitude
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
  • Proactive and resultsdriven approach
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment
