• Accurate Documentation: Recording all pertinent data on patients medical records accurately clearly and concisely.
• Patient Care: Performing technical aspects of patient care according to established policies and procedures.
• Patient Safety: Ensuring the safety and privacy of patients at all times.
• Fetal Monitoring: Demonstrating accurate interpretation and documentation of fetal monitor tracing.
• Clinical Skills: Safely and successfully placing fetal scalp electrodes when identified and appropriate.
• Surgical Preparation: Demonstrating skills needed to safely and efficiently prepare patients for Csection.
• Postpartum Care: Understanding physician orders for postpartum patients.
• Adaptability: Identifying changing patient needs and altering nursing care appropriately.
• Anesthesia Protocol: Verbalizing and demonstrating understanding of epidural anesthesia protocol.
• Delivery Assistance: Effectively assisting during vaginal delivery including vacuum or forceps delivery.
• Newborn Care: Assisting appropriately with newborn care at delivery.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nevada.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Womens Services or related field preferred.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Ability to work 13hour shifts three shifts per week.
