We are seeking a talented and experienced RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Blue Prism Developer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing automation solutions using Blue Prism technology to streamline business processes and increase operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Create configure and maintain RPA bots using Blue Prism to automate repetitive and manual tasks and workflows.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand analyze and document existing business processes for automation opportunities.
Design and develop RPA solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring scalability reliability and maintainability.
Translate the customers business requirements into Intelligent Automation/RPA solutions.
Write Blue Prism scripts and workflows to automate tasks and conduct thorough testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of automation processes.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions including technical design documents test scripts and user manuals.
Provide postimplementation support and troubleshooting for RPA solutions addressing any issues that may arise during production.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through automation.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including business analysts project managers and IT teams to ensure successful RPA implementation.
Ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and compliance requirements throughout the development process.
Provide training and guidance to endusers and junior developers on Blue Prism usage and best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of IT software development 3 experience as an RPA Developer with a focus on Blue Prism.
Blue Prism RPA Developer certification required.
Indepth knowledge of Blue Prisms features capabilities and components (Process Diagram Process Studio Object Studio etc.).
Understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze and map them for automation.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Experience developing and consuming APIs.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge on AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.
