This is a fulltime position can be based in anywhere in Australia or New Zealand! Some ideal locations:

The role will be responsible for the growth and engagement of CGAs Australian and New Zealand student and parent community. The focus will be on supporting the local marketing and community function with initiatives to attract and retain CGA families by delivering aspirational experiences that set them up to thrive with us.
What are the main responsibilities for this role
Lead the communication relationship and promotion of local community initiatives for enrolled families including bimonthly student and parent meetups and local WhatsApp management.
Assist Regional Marketing Managers in planning and executing marketing events and campaigns to generate highquality leads that continually feed into a healthy sales pipeline.
Establishing developing and maintaining positive and professional customer interactions and relationships for Crimson Global Academy
Support with business development and partnerships opportunities that provide extracurricular activities and opportunities to CGA families around the world.
What skills and experience are required
- Adaptability and growth mindset to arising opportunities and new initiatives
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication skills across teams and organisations to collaborate effectively with colleagues and interact with partners and customers in a motivating way.
- Marketing and creative skills: An eye for quality branding detail in design and clear and striking copywriting that presents our unique value proposition confidently
- ProblemSolving and Analytical Abilities to analyze growth opportunities and innovate plans to reach milestones and targets in a creative way.
- Industry Knowledge: An understanding and curiosity for education trends with experience within primary and high school settings an advantage.
- Project Management: An ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines seamlessly coordinating tasks meeting deadlines and continually optimising campaigns for future success
- Professionalism Time and Stress Management Confidence Positive attitude (patience empathy) Willingness to learn and go the extra mile
