A new opportunity to head up the HF function as the HF Director for the East Coast (SYD/QLD).

Objective:

Support the MD and lead the HF function in fulfilling their deliverables and further developing and growing the HF function.

About you:

• A tertiary qualification in Human Factors Ergonomics Systems Engineering Organisational Psychology or a related field.
• Have a strong understanding or experience within HF Engineering HF Integration HF Assurance Systems Engineering and Change Management.
• In addition knowledge of relevant HF standards Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (OHS Act) and Rail Safety National Law and Regulations.
• Minimum of 1015 years experience in the application of HF methods and knowledge in one or more of the following industries: rail aviation resources energy mining and/or resources.
• Experience in delivering and influencing HF and change activities to meet project and business outcomes particularly in the delivery phase of HF and systems integration activities and with respect to requirements management.
• Proven Strong Team Leadership capabilities
