Job Description
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide a permanent presence in the hotel lobby, ensuring all guests and visitors are welcomed, thus creating an excellent first impression.
- Gain a thorough knowledge of the local area, both tourist attractions, business location and of local events to assist leisure and business travellers during their stay.
- Co-ordinate the duties of the hall porters, in terms of luggage delivery, collection, storage, Valet parking service, thus providing a friendly and efficient communication centre.
- Training and development of staff.
- Be aware of the group and VIP arrivals.
- Be aware of the short term business trends.
