Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Agile Coach to join our organization. The Agile Coach will play a crucial role in guiding teams and stakeholders in adopting Agile practices principles and methodologies to improve efficiency collaboration and delivery of highquality products. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban etc.) strong coaching and facilitation skills and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile mindset across the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Agile Transformation Leadership:
- Lead and support Agile transformation initiatives across teams and departments advocating for Agile principles and methodologies.
- Coach and mentor Scrum Masters Product Owners and team members on Agile practices roles ceremonies and artifacts.

Team Coaching and Facilitation:
- Conduct Agile training sessions workshops and coaching sessions to educate teams and stakeholders on Agile values principles and practices.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g. daily standups sprint planning retrospectives) to ensure effective collaboration communication and alignment.

Continuous Improvement and Adoption:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and Agile maturity within teams and across the organization.
- Implement Agile metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance velocity and delivery predictability.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
- Collaborate with senior leadership product management and stakeholders to align Agile initiatives with business goals and strategic objectives.
- Communicate Agile transformation progress challenges and successes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Agile Best Practices and Tools:
- Promote Agile best practices frameworks and tools (e.g. Jira Confluence) to streamline workflows enhance transparency and optimize team productivity.
- Provide guidance on Agile scaling frameworks (e.g. SAFe LeSS) and tailored Agile practices based on team size complexity and organizational context.

Change Management and Agile Culture:
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement collaboration and innovation through Agile principles and values.
- Support change management initiatives to overcome resistance and drive cultural transformation towards Agile methodologies.
