Location : Tampa FL ( 1 day a week in office)
Salary Range: $105000 $130000 plus bonus

WHAT YOULL DO
You will lead the charge in establishing and maintaining data integrity standards within HubSpot laying the foundation for scalable growth
You will generate actionable insights through comprehensive KPI and forecast reports empowering decisionmaking at all levels of the organization.
You will create visually compelling sales and marketing dashboards providing realtime visibility into funnel performance and driving strategic initiatives.
You will champion database cleanliness through meticulous list segmentation and regular maintenance.
You will serve as our HubSpot SME for crossdepartmental teams including but not limited to sales marketing customer success etc.
WHO YOU ARE
You have 6 years of handson expertise with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub with the potential for complexities of a subscription model coupled with a track record of success in optimizing existing systems.
Proven experience in developing and designing templates within the HubSpot Commerce platform.
Proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript with a strong understanding of responsive design principles.
You have demonstrated proficiency in navigating the intricacies of the HubSpot platform across CRM and Marketing including automation reporting and workflow design.
You possess a keen analytical mindset with a passion for driving business growth through datadriven strategies.
You have familiarity with website tools marketing analytics and the startup environment is highly advantageous.
