We are looking for a Senior NCR Retail Point of Sale (POS) testing consultant who will strong background in deploying NCR POS advanced store systems development testing and troubleshooting. This role requires deep expertise in various technologies and methodologies including .Net development Selenium Load Runner Java MSSQL Servers and Kanban Agile methodology.

Responsibilities:

• 810 years of experience in NCR Retail POS technical consulting or engineering.
• Experience with automation and performance testing tools.
• Strong proficiency in .Net Java MSSQL Servers PowerShell scripting Selenium and Load Runner.
• Extensive experience with Kanban Agile methodology.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab.
• Knowledge of security certifications and software upgrade processes.
• Utilize ServiceNow Jira Jenkins EOM ETS Rabbit MQ Splunk alert Datadog Kibana logs Store locator VHQ MCM logs Retail product search JFM GitHub Confluence and Jump server.
• Work with AWS and other cloud technologies for deployment and management.
• Create defects in JIRA Tender Retail and NCR portals.
• Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) and user guides.
• Conduct training sessions for team members and endusers.
• Deploy and manage NCR POS advanced store systems.
• Perform EOM changes testing and development using .Net.
• Develop and troubleshoot using Java MSSQL Servers PowerShell scripting and Selenium.
• Create and resolve primary production issues using ServiceNow (Waypoint).
• Develop SQL queries and stored procedures using an MSSQL server.
• Perform periodic certifications for security vulnerabilities and software upgrades.
• Conduct BVT Smoke testing Functional testing Regression testing EndtoEnd testing BI E2E Testing Sanity testing Performance testing and System integration testing.
• Work with POS systems including SIGUI Flat Bed Scanner handheld scanner and M440 Pin pad.
• Utilize Jenkins GitLab and other CI/CD tools for automated testing and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
• Reboot and validate Store Register and ETS Servers.
• Analyze MCM Splunk and Kibana logs for issue resolution.
• Provide technical support training and guidance related to NCR POS systems.
• Manage NCR POSrelated inquiries and provide solutions to stores.
