Systems Analyst III

Job Title: Systems Analyst III (Remote)
Location: N/A Texas

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business objectives and problems identify alternative solutions and perform cost/benefit analysis of alternatives.
• Analyze user requirements procedures and problems to automate processing or improve existing systems.
• Confer with personnel to analyze current operational procedures identify problems and learn specific input and output requirements.
• Write detailed descriptions of user needs program functions and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
• Review system capabilities specifications and scheduling limitations.

Minimum Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in analyzing user requirements procedures and problems to automate processing or improve existing systems.
• 8 years of experience in system diagramming and system architecture.
• 8 years of experience providing technical expertise to aid in decision making and problem resolution.
• 8 years of experience with integrating COTS systems.
• Proficiency in relational database mapping and migration.
