Job Description

Title: OnSite HR Account Coordinator

Location: Newark DE

Pay Rate Range: $ 2530/hr. DOE.

Benefits include health dental and vision (eligible on the 1st of the month following your start date); PTO Sick Pay Paid Holidays

Employment Type: FullTime; Direct Hire

Schedule: MonFri 8:00 am 5:00 pm

Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated OnSite HR Account Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. You will report to our SVP where you play a crucial role in supporting HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration and Employee Relations:
    • Serving as a point of contact for employees regarding HRrelated inquiries and concerns. This includes addressing routine questions escalating issues to HR management as needed and fostering positive employee relations.
    • Monitoring employee attendance and working with managers to address attendance issues. Tracking attendance records and reporting trends to management for action.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding:
    • Manage the onboarding process for new hires which may include preparing paperwork coordinating orientation sessions and ensuring new employees have access to necessary resources.
    • Running reviewing and understanding background reports for new hires. Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies regarding background checks.
    • Handle administrative tasks related to employee departures such as conducting exit interviews and processing termination paperwork.
  • Audits Compliance and Policies:
    • Issuing verbal and written warnings when applicable following company policies and procedures. Assisting in investigations and resolution of disciplinary issues in accordance with company guidelines.
    • Performing client audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. This includes reviewing and updating policies as needed to align with best practices and legal requirements.
    • Assist with ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws through distributing policy updates conducting training on HR policies and procedures and monitoring adherence to regulations and company policies.
    • Complete onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Coordination with Other Departments:
    • Collaborate with other departments such as payroll and operations to ensure alignment on HRrelated matters and facilitate crossfunctional initiatives.
  • Account Coordination
    • Provide daily/weekly reports and support to account manager
  • Timekeeping management
  • Ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferably within a human resources department or related field
  • Familiarity with basic human resources principles practices and employment laws
  • Strong administrative skills are essential including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) data entry filing and recordkeeping.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effectively communicating with employees management and external parties. This includes the ability to convey information clearly professionally and tactfully.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks manage time efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify issues propose solutions and resolve problems effectively.
  • A customer service mindset being approachable responsive and empathetic in helping and support to employees and managers with HRrelated inquiries and requests.
  • Always maintain confidentiality.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to changes in HR practices technology and regulations with a positive attitude.
