Education Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a technical field such as computer science computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.

7 years of relevant experience required.

Technical Skills

• Highly effective communication skills including Sponsor & Stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional technical project teams.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex project management issues in a timely manner.
• Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies used to implement system changes.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the finance industry and experience in technical project implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus in crossfunctional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain an environment conducive to collaboration across corporate business units and service divisions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change.
• Proficiency with MS Project.

(Preferred)

• PMI or PMP certification; experience with projects where Oracle is part of the technical landscape; project management experience in large matrixed organizations.
