Job Description
Flex Suisse is the leading service provider for supporting legal and compliance departments with flexible staffing managed legal services and professional search in Switzerland Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate we are looking for a highly motivated talent in the following field:
Industry Employment Lawyer Zurich 6 months 100% 1 June 2024 CHF 130000
Tasks
- Managing terminations revising termination agreements and overseeing disciplinary procedures
- Amending reviewing and updating employment contracts and related documents.
- Ensuring companywide adherence to labor laws and regulations
- Handling employee disputes negotiations and litigation
- Creating and updating HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Business fluent in German and English
- Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
- Completed legal degree in Switzerland or Germany
- At least 5 years PQE as an inhouse counsel or in a law firm
- Indepth experience with relevant labour laws and regulations
