Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  
• Should be hands on with Fast formula BIP HCM Extracts HDL
  
• Fast formula experience in any of this module (Absence / OTL / Payroll) is mandatory
  
• Should have excellent communications skills and with prior client handling experience will be an added advantage
  
• It will be fulltime remote opportunity and can operate from anywhere in India.
  
• Willing to work in Shift Hrs 2Pm to 11Pm (IST) or 3Pm to 12Am (IST)
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
  
• 45 years of relevant experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant.
  
• Strong technical skills in Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Absence / OTL / Payroll)
  
• Proficiency in Oracle development tools (BI Publisher OTBI HDL HCM Extracts).
  
• Experience with data migration integration and reporting in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  
• Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.
