Become an Ecommerce Data Analyst
We are looking for a talented and experienced Data Analyst with expertise in GA4 to join our Digital team. As a Data Analyst youll dive into creating tracking events monitoring and analysing web performance customer behaviour and conversion metrics to help inform strategic decisions as well as better optimise the user experience on our ecommerce channels.
Your Mission
Track & Optimise: Leverage GA4 and other analytics tools to monitor key ecommerce metrics and customer journeys.
Custom Insights: Create tailored reports dashboards and performance metrics for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate & Experiment: Team up with design development and marketing to run datadriven experiments and A/B testing to optimise the user journey.
Uncover Trends: Analyse data visualise insights and spot opportunities to enhance our digital channels.
Stay Ahead: Keep up with ecommerce trends best practices and emerging technologies.
Report & Improve: Regularly share KPI analysis highlighting success areas and optimisation opportunities.
Roadmap Support: Work closely on ecommerce and conversion rate optimisation strategies backed by ReturnonInvestment modelling.
Google Analytics 4 Whizz: Dive deep into GA4 setup integrations and tracking maintenance. Sharing your GA4 knowledge to boost the teams selfsufficiency.
Business Impact: Demonstrate how ecommerce initiatives drive financial and profitability success.
Skills/Behaviours That Will Set You Apart
Experience: At least 2 years as a Data Analyst specialising in ecommerce analytics and user behaviour analysis.
GA4 Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) including handson experience with event tracking custom dimensions and advanced segmentation.
Analytical Ninja: Strong skills in interpreting complex data sets and turning them into actionable insights.
Data Visualization: Proficiency in tools like Looker Google Data Studio or Tableau for visualising data.
Communication Superpower: Excellent ability to collaborate across teams and explain technical concepts to nontechnical folks.
Toolbox: Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager Hotjar and Looker Studio.
Office Wizardry: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint to make data insights clear understandable and sparkle.
