ABOUT THE ROLE Coach and mentor the Talent Acquisition team throughout endtoend recruitment functions (i.e. sourcing screening building pipelines interviewing forming and negotiating offers etc.) Partner with business leaders hiring managers and recruiters to assess talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of highquality candidates by driving recruitment strategies across branding events employee referral and sourcing channels. Fully manage a worldclass candidate experience and the endtoend recruitment process including prebriefings interview stages and results offer acceptance and sharing realtime feedback Managing and supporting your team using key metrics (Time to hire/fill) to assess you and your teams performance Manage internal and external communication and promotion of upcoming roles and recruitment needs: including refining and editing job posts to attract talent Manage the cleanliness of data for you and your teams requisitions Workable Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed to support the talent acquisition efforts
