Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Spanish Retention Manager to join our team at RegulatedFX Company Name based in Mexico City. As a Retention Manager you will beresponsible for implementing strategies to retain existing clients and ensure theirlongterm satisfaction with our FX trading services.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce churn and increase clientloyalty.
Proactively reach out to existing clients via phone email and othercommunication channels to provide support address concerns and offerpersonalized solutions.
Monitor client activity and trading behavior to identify potential issues oropportunities for engagement.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaignsand promotions aimed at retaining clients.
Provide regular reports and analysis on client retention metrics including churnrates retention rates and lifetime value.
Conduct client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to continuously improveour services and offerings.
Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and regulatory changes toanticipate client needs and maintain a competitive edge.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and highvalue accounts.
Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish with excellent communication skills in both verbal and writtenforms.
Previous experience in retention management account management or a relatedeld within the nancial services industry.
