Job Description

As a Remote ItalianSpeaking Travel Agent you will play a crucial role in assisting our Italianspeaking clients with all their travel needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service Excellence: Providing topnotch customer support via phone email and chat to Italianspeaking clients ensuring their travel inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
• Comprehensive Travel Planning: Assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements including flights accommodations transportation and activities while offering personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
• Sales and Promotion: Actively promoting and selling travel packages tours and services that meet the unique needs and desires of our clients helping them create memorable travel experiences.
• Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving any travelrelated issues or concerns that clients may encounter before during or after their trips ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
• Accurate Documentation: Ensuring all travel documents are accurate complete and delivered to clients in a timely manner.
• Industry Research: Keeping uptodate with the latest travel trends destinations and industry news to provide informed and current recommendations to clients.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive team environment.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Italian with at least a B2 level of English both written and spoken.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• CustomerCentric Attitude: Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
