LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS WHO ARE PHILIPPINESBASED CANDIDATES.

Position : Admin Assistant (Customer Success)

Working Hours : MF 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central European Time (CET) (3pm12am Manila Time)

Holiday : Belgium/PH (To be finalized)

Pay Range :USD/month

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Success Assistant to join our team. In this role you will play a pivotal part in our customer onboarding process ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be managing and processing various types of files and extracting critical data to set up customer accounts.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in customer onboarding processes by uploading and managing files in client accounts.
  • Extract and process data from various file formats accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer success team to ensure smooth client integration.
  • Contribute to administrative tasks and support the team with adhoc projects.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs enhancing their overall experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven professional experience in a similar role.
  • Strong IT orientation and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with SaaS environments and a passion for technology.
  • Excellent team player who is proactive takes initiative and is always eager to assist colleagues and clients.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in the Central European Time (CET) zone.
  • Empathetic and customerfocused with a commitment to learning and professional development.
