Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Success Assistant to join our team. In this role you will play a pivotal part in our customer onboarding process ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be managing and processing various types of files and extracting critical data to set up customer accounts.
