About Our Client

Our client is a professional firm that caters for Accounting Tax and Transfer Pricing work. They strive to pivot knowledge growth and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ability to prepare a full set of accounts and payroll for clients.
• Oversee general ledger reporting and journal processing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and update the fixed assets register keeping track of depreciation and asset movements.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate monthend closing activities effectively.
• Ensure that all engagements are delivered on time and within the scope.
• Assist auditors during audits and prepare necessary audit schedules to support financial statements.
• Perform adhoc administrative tasks as and when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Accountancy/Finance or related fields.
• ACCA CPA or MICPA qualifications are preferred.
• Entrylevel candidates including Fresh Graduates Trainees and Interns are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP Oracle or SQL is required.
• Preferably possess minimum 23 years experience in accounting and payroll field
• Good command of both written and spoken English; Ability to read and write Chinese will be added advantage.
• Possess positive attitude good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Selfmotivated initiative and goal driven mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Possess strong analytical skills and comfort working with numerical data.
