Responsibilities
- Ability to prepare a full set of accounts and payroll for clients.
- Oversee general ledger reporting and journal processing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update the fixed assets register keeping track of depreciation and asset movements.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate monthend closing activities effectively.
- Ensure that all engagements are delivered on time and within the scope.
- Assist auditors during audits and prepare necessary audit schedules to support financial statements.
- Perform adhoc administrative tasks as and when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Accountancy/Finance or related fields.
- ACCA CPA or MICPA qualifications are preferred.
- Entrylevel candidates including Fresh Graduates Trainees and Interns are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP Oracle or SQL is required.
- Preferably possess minimum 23 years experience in accounting and payroll field
- Good command of both written and spoken English; Ability to read and write Chinese will be added advantage.
- Possess positive attitude good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Selfmotivated initiative and goal driven mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Possess strong analytical skills and comfort working with numerical data.
