Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Supporting Polish speaking content creators by multiple communication channels (phone or email)
- Provide support to content creators both in Polish and English;
- Provide pre and postsales support for all selfservice products;
- Provide product and tool support to improve clients experience;
- Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish (must be C2)
- Communicative level of English language (B2)
- Portuguese residency (work permit) for Portugal
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- We do NOT require previous experience
What we offer:
- Base salary: 1200 gross
- RELOCATION package for candidates from abroad
- Work remote in Lisbon area
- Initial contract with a duration of 12 months permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
- Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
