Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator
Our client in the mining and metal industry is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator fluent in English and French. This role supports the talent acquisition team by managing multiple requisitions in the CSOD system for the Graduate Americas campaign scheduling interviews and fasttracking offers. Experience with Workday is a strong asset as the team migrates to this system. The ideal candidate is adaptable organized and excels in communication and teamwork responding reactively to applicants through the RT portal.

6month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
Manage multiple requisitions in the CSOD system for the Graduate Americas campaign.
Schedule interviews with candidates.
Collaborate with the offer team to fasttrack offers to selected candidates.
Support the talent acquisition team during the migration to the Workday system.
Adapt to and implement process changes efficiently.
Respond reactively to applicants through the RT portal.
What you will need to succeed:
2 years of experience with SAP.
2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator with a recruitment focus.
Experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
Strong attention to detail.
Quick adaptability to process changes.
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
