Job Description

Our client a world leader in life sciences and diagnostics is looking for "Business Support Specialist I Hybrid" based out of Indianapolis IN.


Duration: LongTerm Contract (High possibility of conversion after a year)

Training Schedule: 8 5 PM EST

Pay Rate: $28/hr on W2


Responsibilities:

  • The Logistics Group is responsible for back office functions with regard to Inventory and case management. This includes resolving rejects in our operating systems and researching problems that are encountered by our field representatives.
  • Develop maintain and or assemble information/ documentation that supports business operations and standard operating procedures for one of more business units
  • Acts as the primary contact for escalated issues and requests concerning multiple complex processes or procedures. Serves as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Act as a key resource to others in the department and to internal or external customers on programs and or procedures.


Qualifications:
  • Data Entry
  • Google Apps Google drives
  • NFSS and SAP experience
  • Excel Microsoft Word
  • Bachelor s degree in business finance accounting or supply chain is preferred
