ABOUT THE JOB
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth and success in the data center sector. This pivotal role involves directly engaging data center users and design consultants to develop and implement innovative cooling tower solutions. The Sales Manager will use selection software to support both new and ongoing projects helping clients achieve sustainability goals with our equipment. Additionally this individual will serve as the single point of contact for Asia Pacific data center clients ensuring seamless communication and support.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provides strategic input for the setup of realistic and goaloriented business plans.
Develop monthly bookings forecasts for defined territories and reports to the Sales Director.
Takes ownership of key accounts organizing regular followup meetings to maintain relationships.
Work with data center clients to establish equipment as the basis of design for regional project frameworks.
Liaise with sales channel partner network to gather pertinent data for regional client frameworks compile this information and submit it to clients.
Attend training seminars to learn and understand current designs and the evolution of designs for data center cooling systems know how to integrate solutions then the demonstration.
Review technical specifications from customers and optimize equipment layouts for projects ensuring adherence to Corp s guidelines and full performance to thermal capacity.
Analyzes customer product selections and suggests alternative models to enhance layout energy efficiency pricing and compliance with local standards.
Offers support and advice to consulting engineers and enduser design teams in the use of product selection using Corp s
spectrum software.
Develops educates and trains consulting engineers and enduser design teams
through product or systems presentations.
Gathers warrantyrelated information to internal support teams; analyses customer feedback on products and services to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for new product development.
Requirements
Profile Requirements
Excellent command of the English language both in written and oral form.
Bachelor s degree or above in HVAC Mechanical Power Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
Exhibits exceptional negotiating skills in commercial discussions and skills in coordination and communication.
Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent interpersonal skills are required to effectively manage and interact with diverse teams.
The ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and respond promptly is required.
The willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
