• Maintain strong proficiency in US GAAP standards
  
• Handle debit and credit transactions
  
• Execute disbursement activities
  
• Manage payroll processing and ensure tax compliance
  
• Assist in revenue tracking and budgeting activities
  
• Support customer billing processes
  

Requirements

Harvest Your Skills: What We Seek

• Minimum 4 years of relevant US accounting experience
  
• Strong understanding of US GAAP principles
  
• Proficiency with Quickbooks Online (QBO/QBD)
  
• Experience with Airbase for accounts payable credit cards and expense reimbursements preferred
  
• Familiarity with Google Suite including Docs and Slides (preferred but not required)
  
• Education: Accounting or related field
  
• Tech Stack: Quickbooks (QBO/QBD required)
  

Plus:

• Techsavvy with a knack for problemsolving
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  
• Detailoriented and organized approach to work
  
• Airbase experience is a significant advantage but not mandatory
  

Additional Information:

• Billing tasks are primarily handled through Quickbooks
  
• Proficiency in Airbase is advantageous but not mandatory
