FullTime Social Worker Needed (Upcoming School Year)
Location: Plainfield Illinois
Position Type: FullTime Elementary School
Start Date: August 2024
Duration: Entire School Year
NonNegotiable Requirement: Active PEL Endorsed in Social Work

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive social work services to students within the district.
- Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans to address students social and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with educators parents and external agencies to support student wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of studentcentered plans.
- Uphold ethical standards and legal guidelines in social work practice.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Social Work
- Active Professional Educator License (PEL) endorsed in Social Work in Illinois required
- Illinois Social Work license required
- Experience in a school setting or working with student populations is preferred.
- Strong communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
