Job Description

Do you speak German fluently and have a knack for providing excellent customer service Are you adept at handling customer inquiries in a fastpaced environment If so we have a fantastic opportunity for you. Join our remote team in Bulgaria as a German Speaking Customer Advisor. In this role youll be instrumental in delivering a superior shopping experience for our Germanspeaking clientele in the ecommerce sector.

Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers through phone email and live chat resolving their issues promptly and maintaining high standards of service. This remote position offers a competitive salary extensive benefits and ample opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Deliver prompt and courteous customer service to Germanspeaking customers through various communication channels. Address questions related to products order status and company policies efficiently.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer problems related to order discrepancies shipping issues and returns. Ensure each customer interaction is positive and satisfactory.
  • Order Management: Help customers with placing orders tracking shipments and managing returns and exchanges. Ensure all orders are processed accurately and timely.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay wellinformed about our product offerings and keep updated on new products and promotions. Provide customers with accurate and relevant information.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect and share customer feedback with relevant departments to aid in the improvement of products and services. Contribute to efforts to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Log customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system. Maintain detailed and organized records for future reference and analysis.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay current on company policies procedures and product updates. Seek personal and professional development opportunities.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work with colleagues in sales marketing logistics and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Support team goals and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in German with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English is necessary for internal communication.
  • Location Requirement: Must reside in Bulgaria and be able to work remotely.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using various digital tools and platforms. Experience with CRM systems and ecommerce platforms is beneficial.
  • ProblemSolving: Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions. Strong decisionmaking skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and able to adapt to a fastpaced evolving work environment. Eager to learn and adopt new technologies and processes.
  • Team Player: Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a remote team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service call centers or ecommerce is advantageous but not required. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
