Project Manager Trainee Job Responsibilities

• Proactively initiate contact with new clients through phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
• Market the companys services and products effectively to attract and retain clients.
• Answer calls promptly and follow up on service or product inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate quotes for services and products to potential and existing clients.
• Oversee material procurement for projects ensuring timely and costeffective acquisition.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience or exposure to the construction or building materials industry including lumber windows doors roofing and siding.
• Ability to understand blueprints and technical documents related to construction projects.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
• Strong team player with a great personality demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated initiative with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
