Job Title: Digital Delivery DALAS Software Developer
Location: NewcastleUK
Job Type: 18 Months
Job Description
Work as part of a client/mixed supplier agile scrum team as a software developer to help HMRC develop maintain and support good quality digital microservices for UK taxpayers and businesses to use to interact with HMRC.
Within the team employ TDD and pair programming to develop quality code in Scala. Tools and Technologies in addition to Scala and Play framework include Git Jenkins and Javascript alongside Selenium and Cucumber in the Automated Test space.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Application Design (P2 Intermediate)
- Design & Build Enablement (P2 Intermediate)
- Object Oriented Application Design & Development (P2 Intermediate)
- Test Execution and Management (P2 Intermediate)
- Play Framework (P2 Intermediate)
