Interns - Sales amp Marketing - Roomi Builders

We are excited to introduce a dynamic sales initiative aimed at leveraging the energy enthusiasm and extensive networks of university students to promote and sell plots in our prestigious Roomi City project. By hiring parttime university interns we aim to expand our reach and tap into the vast potential of the student community.

Objective:

The primary objective of this initiative is to recruit university students as parttime interns to market and sell Roomi City plots. These interns will receive comprehensive training attractive commissions and a monthly stipend ensuring they are wellequipped and motivated to succeed in their roles.

Internship Details:

Work Schedule: Interns will work 34 days a week. Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days with the flexibility to choose 1 to 2 additional days during the week depending on their university schedule.

Training and Support:

Roomi Builders will provide all interns with comprehensive training to ensure they are wellprepared to represent our brand and sell Roomi City plots effectively. Training will cover:

Detailed knowledge of Roomi City and its unique selling points.

Sales techniques and best practices.

Use of marketing tools and social media strategies.

Customer service and client relationship management.

Requirements:

1. Preferably Bachelors / Masters in Marketing (In progress)

2. No prior experience needed.

3. Excellent communication strong interpersonal & problemsolving skills

Compensation Details:

Commission: Interns will receive the same commission on selling a plot as our permanent sales executives ensuring fair and motivating compensation for their efforts.

Stipend: Interns will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 25000/ to support their commitment and efforts.
