The Role

• As a Data Quality Tech Lead your role focuses on ensuring the accuracy completeness and reliability of data across the organization. You will lead initiatives to establish and enforce data quality standards implement data cleansing and validation processes and monitor data integrity. Collaborating with data stewards analysts and IT teams you will develop and deploy data quality frameworks and tools. Your responsibilities also include designing and executing data quality audits resolving data anomalies and continuously improving data management practices to support informed decisionmaking and operational efficiency within the organization.

Requirements

• Primary skills required: Data Quality Management: Expertise in establishing and enforcing data quality standards and procedures. Data Profiling and Analysis: Ability to assess and analyze data quality issues and trends. Data Cleansing and Validation: Proficiency in implementing data cleansing and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data quality tools and technologies for monitoring and improving data quality. Leadership and Collaboration: Experience in leading technical teams and collaborating effectively with data stewards analysts and IT professionals to address data quality challenges and implement data quality initiatives.
