Tasks

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Telecalling Executive (preferarably Female) to join our sales team in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth building and maintaining strong customer relationships and promoting our suite of IT products and services. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for technology and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for lead generation to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through Tele calling.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Understand customer requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
  • Sales Reporting:
  • Use CRM/Excel software to manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Liaise with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services.
  • Experience:
  • Proven work experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar role in the IT industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of IT products and services.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle objections.

  • Proven experience as a Telecalling Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
  • Must own a reliable twowheeler for travel.
  • Valid drivers license and good driving record.
